Fop President lugo stated yesterday at the FOP meeting that he was voted in by the membership.
Fact Check reveals that’s a lie.

He was appointed twice by the past Fop president Javier Ortiz.
Lugo replaced Commander Kerr as Vice President appointed by Ortiz
Then ortiz stepped down and Lugo became President. No Vote was made.

If we paid for a study on how much they individualy they owed us they should release the results. If it’s not certified very easy. Attach a note saying it’s not certified.

Another way what they do is control the sign in sheet so if you get a little late you can’t sign in as you where there. It’s all a scam.
