1% for 3 years??? Miami’s inflation is way higher than that. Love the idea of $50 per hour for off duties but let’s see who will hire us to work any details. Remember whoever hire us will pay a lot more than $50 cause a portion goes to expenses. Personally a $40 per hour is reasonable and will maintain most companies hiring us. Thank you for what you guys do but this contract needs adjustments.
