WTF? Doesn't MDPD vet new hires anymore?

* His uncle, Ignacio Menocal, used to rob kilo buyers WHILE IN MDPD UNIFORM. This is well documented (see below link).

* His father Jesse Menocal Sr. was the chief in Sweetwater....a regime which FDLE labeled as an "organized criminal enterprise". Over 7,000 items including guns and cash were stolen from the PD evidence room when his dad and uncle were in charge. Yes, 7,000. Dozens of vehicles were illegally seized (stolen) from the citizens in a towing extortion scam.

* His brother Jesse Menocal Jr. of Hialeah PD is the infamous pedophile cop who forced a juvenile to strip at the station under threat of arrest and whacked off while watching her. The internal investigation has been ongoing for 3 years now
but he cannot be prosecuted because of the 180 day rule.

* The rumors still persist that the Menocal family runs an elaborate protection system for incoming shipments of cocaine. Ships at sea heading to So Florida have been seized with tons of cocaine, but there has NEVER been a large bust of cocaine once on land. Maybe that's why the Menocal brothers have 20 Florida corporations registered to them...it looks like a lot of money being washed.

* Johnny Menocal himself, a bisexual who used to own Bella Winks eyelash studio, was working alongside Braulio in SRT when he was arrested for multiple accounts of sexual assault on a child. Brother of SoFl 's most famous pedophile cop working with MDPD's most famous pedophile cop....to much coincidence there.

This is Johnathon Menocal's world. The above are the people who helped instill his moral compass. Who the hell signed off on his hiring?

Stop complaining dude. Our PBA president’s best friend is in prison for corruption. His new found friend Shiver has been investigated for corruption a bunch of times and his family members have been sent to prison for what else but corruption and laundering money for dope dealers. Our department is infected with this crap.
