    I thought Barry would be good for us but he’s too worried about thigh holsters and lunch breaks; where is the organization for the SRT and hurricane response we have been asking for, for over 2 years. Where are the performance expectations? Where is the updated ops plan policy they said would be out shortly over two months ago? Maybe it came out while I was on my lunch breaK? I’ll take that Gibson guy back over what we have now.
