Theses rotating shifts SUCK!!!

Can we go to a normal shift that doesn’t rotate every month?!? I’ve been here 5yrs and this crap is annoying. Maybe do 12hr shifts and split up the weekend. If you work 12hr shifts you will have 4 days off every other week. Maybe something we look into. Bottom line is our shifts SUCK!!!!

If you don't like it provide command staff with a schedule that is fair to all squads and meets staffing...
