All my god the scare tactics again. The day to day grievance that are handle mainly by the attorney. That’s the problem they make you think no one can do their job.

What’s is their day to normal work routine?

Arrive to work when ever they decide to wake up.
Go have breakfast
Call the off duty office
Call their cronies to see if they have any pending issue. What are pending issues someone complaining that they need a take home car, or that a sgt or Lt talk bad to them, or someone is getting a reprimand for missing a couple of court appearance anything heavy call the attolet him handle.
Go have lunch
Take a nap at the office
Go workout on duty
Go home 3-4 hours early or to the off duty.
Any other issue can be done by phone or it can wait for the next day.

Remember we pay them an extra $1,000 a month so they can be bother when they are off duty. That money was approved so they don’t work off duty. Commander Kerr tried to take that scam away.
