    So who are the six cocaine addicts that vote no the drug MOU?

    At the meeting, yes we have meeting someone asked what about an off duty injury where the officer got hooked on the prescription pain medication. The mou said on duty injury hooked only.

    The MOU then covered the off duty injury but the ballot still said on duty injuries only
