First you aren’t a road deputy. No one refers to themselves like that. You are a sgt aka snake who enjoys trying to make people look bad to better yourself. You know who you are.
You’re a good supervisor so just do your job. there’s no reason to pull stunts like this.
Every unit has drama and if you say that they don’t you’re lying to yourself.
BM is doing a great job.
