They need to promote the people that went to the class and then 07 the list. The rest scored too low to become Sgts.stop promoting from the bottom of the barrel. These losers have taken the test at least twice and can’t pass it. Let the next generation have a shot at it.

The City is already claiming that they don’t have money in 2019. So there will be no promotions or Promotional exam in 2019. Only 13 more Sgts and then FREEZE

A mass hiring will commence and promotions will be required. This city is growing immensely and our department will do so as well. Just notice the vertical growth in overpopulated areas such as downtown. The ratio has to be met and citizens have to be protected and served. Start studying and prepare yourselves for the next exam. This department is 20 years new. Very few officers with 20 to 25 yrs. Its very new with new ideas and young members. This is good. Lets aquire as much positive and negative knowledge, stories and tactics from the old and keep it with us to share and better ourselves and combine it with the new in order for an easier transition. This is a beautiful department full of amazing people. The folks departing and embarking to a different stage of life; you will be missed and remember your impact was very positive for the foundation of this great organization.
