Command staff terminations, demotions and forced retirements are good for the deputies' morale.

[QUOTE=Unregistered;2939628]Why is it only deputies get suspended or fired? Oh sure Lt Rutz or Grissinger or Napier, whatever her name is got fired for the DUI Bob Rule. But when else has anyone with rank been fired or suspended? I can only think of one LT and he still got transferred and kept his rank for a bad pursuit. What Deputy would get to transfer right after getting suspended? And it seems Major’s and above never do anything wrong. And why is it one deputy gets five days for a pursuit but another deputy gets one day?? What is that? That seems to be part of the problem around here. There is no consistency. When you’re Major Nalven’s FWB apparently you can get kicked out of VCTF but go straight to FTO. That’s fair. And you can stalk a deputy who is with your brother’s ex-wife and get no discipline. And one of you go to Bailiff (hahahahha) and the other goes straight to LIMA. That’s fair. And if you invite some dancers to your house you’re fired, but if you are too scared to get out of your car at a shooting and miss a murder victim you get a mean letter. I don’t think people would mind discipline if it were dispensed consistently. Bob, that means the rules apply to everyone all the time in the same way. That’s why no one wants to work hard for you. They don’t know what day you decide to jam them for bullshit. Now shake your head, look to the right and turn red. For a smart guy you are an emotional roller coaster

Command staff is bad as deputies! Lazy ass people that have no respect for the laws itself and avoid at all cost a call. God forbid should they have to get out of their comfy Tahoes in hoping that another deputy gets their first. Then theirs Bob who has no control over anybody. That's a political thing. Guessing hes thinking the flunkies under him got his back. Lets discuss speciality units. They are nothing more then glorified road deputies who continue to make the same mistake over and over.. Hows DUI KID MOWATT. Anybody get lucky this this week and get let go intoxicated because of his poor judgement call? Awe that's okay if he did. Daddy and Bob has is back!!!

How is the command staff going to get into trouble if they just sit around in offices and meetings kissing Bob's azz and being micro-managed by him? The deputies take all the risks and liability so no wonder they have a much greater chance of getting reprimanded or fired.

It's great to see command staff get fired or resign under IA investigation. Good examples are Lt R who got fired for having sex with a subordinate on his captain's desk and Lt. R (female) who got fired for DUI. Even better was the last jail command staff clean out when Maj. TS and his captains were told to pack their bags and hit the door. Especially Capt. D, that sniveling weasel and backstabber and Capt. G (female), one of the most worthless, hateful and stupid affirmative action promotions in the history of the agency.

It's a good thing Bob doesn't hate deputies who accidentally shoot someone, wreck their vehicles and leave the victims paralyzed, make wrongful arrests, have sex on duty, solicit prostitutes working strip clubs, ignore shootings, etc. as much. At least these cases get due process.
