What about justice for the innocent underage Police explorers? When will they get justice! They were entrusted to the protection and well being of the miami police department, in return they were taken advantage and sexually abuse by many in the police department. So many cover ups.

    Thumbs up

Like an attorney friend told me yesterday, if our past lovers came forward about some BS back in high school and college we all wouldn't have a job. It's true. When I was in High School and College I banged so much, I was even violated by college girls. I am not crying or complaining. These people in the metoo movement are destroying this country.

I was in the explorer program back in the 90's and let me tell you I never saw anything you are talking about. And if it did happen? Where are the those female explorers? They too have a mouth to speak, no?

What was going through the mind of former Miami cop Jesus Guitierrez when he turned down a plea offer with probation and no jail time on charges he had sex with a 14 year old enrolled in a police teen program over a ten month period?

He rolled the dice, went to trial and was convicted of three counts of lewd and lascivious conduct on a child. The Judge sentenced him Friday to 20 years in prison to be followed by 15 years of probation.

Trials are risky. Guiterrez has a wife and two small children, who will now grow up without a father. If he turned down the deal to get his job back or avoid sex offender registration, banking on the victim crumbling on the stand, he made a poor choice.

His out now lives in kendale and is willing to talk on the ones that got away.

What happened at trial? According to his trial attorney, Gina Mendez, the victim made up the sex story. From the Miami Herald (9/29/05):

Papo, where was the the metoo movement when Bill Clinton had Monica lick his morronga and stick the cigar he was smoking up her you know what? Esto todo es un cuento chino to get back at Trump and his supporters.

On the J.G. case, maybe now it is the time for him to speak about it. I am sure Miami New Times would love to write a story about it.
