I’m still trying to figure out Shivers contribution to the PBA

Here’s what we know:

-failed businessman
-filed bankruptcy several times
-investigated for political corruption numerous times
-flat broke
-divorced twice
-sexual harasser
-substance abuse
-fired from county
-stiffed business partners
-no one will hire him (other than Stahl)
-was bad to cops when he was homestead Mayor

So why is he being paid handsomely with cops’ money?

Shiver has always been scum. Even when he was in school he was a dope head and scum. He can’t change that it’s in his DNA.
Don’t expect him to change. He spends his entire day trying to figure out how he can get his hands on the membership money without getting caught.
Well...he’s already doing it now via his salary for doing nothing but he’d rather take it quicker.
And Steadman is just no match for Shiver.

Whomever put the list together did a pretty good job but that isn’t even half of the sins/failures/etc of Shivers past. There a bunch more.

Look there is no question that the guy is scum of the earth. Why or how he landed in the PBA is a question that may never be truly answered. But it is a clear indication of the the type of organization PBA has become

Because some people don’t have common sense. Steadman Stahl clearly lacks common sense.
