Let's not all get ahead of ourselves here. The best is yet to come, a discussion is in the works, to force a sh!t contract upon us. See city hall can not learn from the pass, they will soon say we need to change the retirement from 30 to 25. Get rid of all the senior officers, except the chosen few. City crying we be broke soon, only after the Mayor got a really nice raise, soon the rest of city hall too. Staff will get a 10-12% increase, while a 2% will be forced on us. If were that lucky! Talk of taking away specialty, unless you are a active member of that unit, not just going to the schools and placed elsewhere. Opps sorry Ortiz.. I like that part... To top it all off!! 5-8's instead of 4-10's just so you all get up in arms and vote the contract they want. The 12's they felt to much court time would come of it so, need to nip that in the azz real quick. Talk of a new policy of I.A. complaints. If so many in a certain amount of time, doesn't matter if cleared, cause we all know, some here can beat the sh!t out of anyone and get away with it. So just like use of forces.. If you get 5 within a 18 month time frame, you speak to the head doc. With I.A. complaints 5 within a 36 month frame, your speaking with the unemployment people seeking benefits.
