The fact that some people can get away with not doing their job or taking it seriously and something stupid like shocking a defendant "accidently" because you are goofing around and nothing happens to correct the situation and everyone just ignores it. Either you were not watching defends enough to see if they are messing with the leg restraint or you are to dumb not to be playing (intentionally or accidently) with the remote. Pretty much yells to the whole world I am a big dumb arse.

How do you know nothing is/has being done? Investigations aren't to be discussed until they are complete, then they are public record. Do you seriously think that there has been enough time for an investigation?

That equipment malfunctions all the time, but that is not in tandem with inept corrections that would rather not do their jobs and let defendents do what they want even though court orders say different and public safety is in just an option depending on officers whim.
