You really need to watch that SRT Johnny Menocal. His father and uncle were cops who used to rob drug traffickers of their kilos while in uniform with MPD. They also had a racket going where they would illegally have citizens vehicles towed in exchange for kickbacks in Sweetwater. His brother with Hialeah PD attempted to rape a teenage girl at the station.
Everywhere the Menocals go they leave the stench of corruption.
