Remember something seniority is not contractual...... senior people need money they will take the fto and cit spots ..... and they would have too many and only limit the positions and based on seniority younger ofc will get F U C K ED...... some would take c shift and b shift so they can stack it w fto and cit w good days off ..... senior officers will leave CID TO GET MORE PAY AND STACK ALL THE INCENTIVE PAY AND U WILL GET STUCK IN PATROL OR CID

The ROD clause can only work if the chief and FOP president can agree on third person. Meaning you still get paid. CID risks their lives getting paper cuts. I work patrol. Voting yes
