Come on people are going to put, who they had a run in with or jealous over. It's a pre-promotion requirement to brown nose and kiss azz of the decision makers. Easiest way to get promoted? Get yourself noticed by city hall and of course cars 4&5. Make others look incompetent, do your little whispers when others are not around. Most noticeable and easiest way? SEX!
