How convenient now captains can work 4-10 hours , never been done before in any contract but now is ok, do you know any captain that can benefits from it .
Oh well I guess if we get ROD now it will be without pay and get ready to lose your house , car and everything ,those investigations take years .
At least if you become disable in this job due to an injury the city will keep you , oh wait no, there's no job for you at this time.
Oh well at least I'm getting the same step raises that I get all the time , so what I'm getting then, peanuts

Of course that second person is going to agree with the Chief. If he or she doesn't it would be a career suicide and a transfer back to patrol. Ask the LT that was just transferred out of DDRB.
