    Question Usfsp

What's up with the lack of development of USFSP PD? Zero involvement with the student body and community, seems so much less productive when compared to Tampa... Seems like so much brass in St. Pete and officers don't do anything with their time other than aimlessly drive around.. Will this change with the merge?

You make the same money with no real responsibilities. Why would you even bring attention to yourselves on here ?

Because I do not like people, especially the staff and students, and I do not want to be forced to interact with them unless they really need me for a delayed crime report or something urgent like that; was that not obvious? Jesus, you Tampa people are dim bulbs!

Your in the wrong line of work if you don't like to interact with people. Especially working on a college campus, it's 99% community policing.

Can we please not do this? Pretty obviously someone trolling, trying to start something.

wouldn’t say trying to start something... more like addressing an actual concern... God forbid something does happen at that campus, is the department prepared? The officers hardly have any real law enforcement experience and it doesn’t seem like any of them are in the best physical shape... shows how much concern there is for the students and their safety.

Let's see, we have officers from Tallahassee police, Osceola sheriff, Polk sheriff, Tampa police, St Pete police, Pinellas Park police, and the list goes on, most of whom were detectives and command staff, and one SWAT commander, and worked until they retired. So yeah, not much experience there I guess.

Yeah, Chief, Capt, LT... Those that aren’t rank, what’s the tenure at those depts?

...and the Tampa campus 'elite', most of whom have never worked anywhere but USF, have the gall to climb up my butt for not wanting to interact with these millennial students and socialist professors that mill around. I could care less about community policing, intelligence led policing and all of that other nonsense at my age. I am here for the second pension and no one here would ever question whether I would lay it all on the line when the chips are down.
