    New hire?

    If I have experience will I get a step increase?
    What schedules do you work? (5x8, 4x10, 3x12)
    Frs?
    Salary incentive for training? (FTO)

    No increase or step. 3x12. Yes to fto. We would all recommend applying elsewhere as we have a horrible supervisory staff. Chief is new so time will tell.
