Time to apply to Boca, they are short about 25 officers. With there contract the new starting salary for an officer in October will be about $68k

Don't forget that Boca PD has a 15.9% pension contribution and the fact they pay 100% for dependant medical coverage(about $250 a check for family coverage). Not everything is as peachy as it seems.

They actually only contribute 11.5% and you can retire in 20 years..
