    Why can’t you use your laptop at home to run points? It’s true though that they don’t care about the quality of points reviewed. Many specialist just look at the overview and click on to the next. Either way if you have a laptop and are using it for work I don’t think they care where you use it.

    You sound like you are doing some sniffing on your own Billy Ray. How do you know that any new officer is putting in fake case notes? I bet you are an office mole.

    The laziest folks are the old timers who should've retired 5 years ago but too broke to do it. They never had PP36 90 89 91 and did minimal field because standards allowed it. If someone didn't report they'd write a letter to them and then another before a Vop. I've read them in the old absconder files. Fact.
