    issued laptops?

We specialist are issued laptops but we cannot use them at home to Rop offenders or anything else. WTF were we issued them if we can't use them at home? We have a three day weekend and reporting next week, so when are we going to have time to do quality Rop's? Nobody really cares about quality, they want control and think you are getting over. What BS.

Because some will claim they worked 4 hours and then flex out. Staff has never been trusted even some carry 45 rounds of 9mm and a Glock...go figure. Welcome to micro management. People don't leave because of the pay; it's just a perk of quitting.

The powers that be will know when you log in and out and how long you rop'd for. You can't fake that. They act like they want quality rop's but how can you really do them effectively when you have reporting and other office distractions. So, when are you suppose to use the laptops? Why use them in your office when you have a desk top? Most of the people that come up with these restrictions have never rop'd in their life and don't know a unable to connect from taking out a cheeseburger at a drive through.

Who checks log in/out times? Easier to say NO. Staff continue to eat hours and spend their own money and everyone pretends it doesn't happen.

Just do your time and get out before this job eats you up. We are treated just like the inmates or probation felons we supervise.

I'll pass on that. I don't want a hit put out on me before I go into Drop.

There are few supervisors that warrant respect. Most never walked the walk. There are still too many 90s era non academy dinosaurs around. For them its all about their power. They're fakes.

And then we have new officers like you who lie about doing field work. You lie when you enter casenote. It is not the old supervisors that you need to worry about. It is the new lazy ( I want something for doing nothing) officers who worry many people in my office. Here is a hint, as the coach of the Patriots has said for years, just do your dam job. You are poking your nose in everyones business. Stop being an azz.

Policy says we have to expose improprieties, so which one is it Stupervisor numb-nutz? You must be one of those that lets a favorite or 2 get a away with a 'no-show' job; while you micro-manage everyone else!!
