Alvin is not an alleged criminal, he is a career criminal. His rap sheet doesn’t lie. Breck doesn’t have an extensive record nor did Breck intentionally go out of his way to commit criminal acts. That’s the difference. Getting busted on DUI is no comparison to being a career criminal.
