Why are FHP supervisors such d1cks? Is that like part of the promotional exam?

1. Low pay (lowest in the Nation, still)
2. Hard to deal with, disgruntled low paid/overworked subordinates
3. Pressure from the top (People that make substantially more pay than both combined) to generate numbers (Performance expectations).
4. Ever increasing workload caused by shortages, increased population growth, and tourists.

These 4 things make for some seriously unhappy people.

Because the troopers they supervise are total *#€&s.

That mentality is one of the main reasons why the patrol is a revolving door keep treating your subordinates like trash and keep watching them leave to higher paying agencies.
