Three strikes ur OUT!

There are NO secrets at MBPD! Let’s look at Tricky Ricky’s three strikes you’re out rule:

1. LEAK? Funny how the full time PIO post a selfie 2 minutes before reporters storm the lobby on a breaking story about a city official but won’t answer the phone. Call the backup who happens to be working and tries to answer their questions. Reporters have full knowledge of the incident with names, locations, times but we have no official record of the incident. WC kindly says we have no incident on file (factual). Next morning official releases statement claiming no wrong doing and fingers are being pointed in WC’s direction because the full time PIO won’t do his job and busy on his impersonator story.

2. Body armor fail: Send the training guy (WC) to the annual MDPD expo. Watch body armor shoot. Take notes. Watch armor fail. Report to your boss Sgt BH, Lt. MG and Major WJ and bring up concern. Step in Capt DM who still wants to be training guy, rangemaster, and vest official to tell Ricardo, WC just wants the other company because he likes the chick that reps the company. Ok Capt DM. Just like your involvement with Det LL or is that BS like your claim?

3. Don’t defend the Chief: Citizen’s Police Academy, prominent resident, connected, asking about who picked Oates. WC gives diplomatic answer “national search was conducted, chosen by the manager, confirmed by the mayor and commission”. Still not happy WC says give the program a chance you’ll see you have a wonderful police department with great officers who do great police work. Resident ends up loving the program, WC gets recognition from Commisoner Gongora for efforts with Citizen’s Police Academy, resident still thinks Chief is not the best choice but recognizes the challenges PD faces every day.

WC is sent to Turks to start up Taser program from scratch. Write their policy, train instructors and the troops. Puts in 15 hour days, does all media and interviews. Good enough for a foreign country but not our own. Hey NC good luck with Virgin Islands trip with Wendy. You’ll be the next to go.

Also, WC’s lady is here. She turned down a promotion Oates and Clements offered her for less $$$ then she made previously. She also always defends and tells Oates why he can’t hire a certain way to avoid millions in law suits. They pick on WC because she and him both know what they are doing. Can you smell a hostile work environment here?

Oh Ricardo, how convenient you forgot to make that call. A man of your word you are not. Can’t wait till you are gone also.

Capt. DM’s BFF is Sgt. OR. Nuff said. Ricky is not a man of his word and it’s been proven over and over again. To be a leader one must have the trust of their people.

I remember Memorial Day Weekend watching him lose his mind because the RP squad didn’t flinch when he rolled up on his bike. Trust, respect and Command Presence is the barebones requirements to be a great leader. He doesn’t even have his word.

I’m retired and worked with him in SIU. He is very vindictive and does not trust anyone. When we voiced our concerns he took away our weekends. Lashes out under pressure.

Will’s father is a great guy that always took care of the MBPD and a stake holder in the City. Will is a very smart young man that will be successful anywhere he lands. I am pretty sure that is the consensus among many.

I think it is safe to say that the Chief has lost all control of the PD. Ricky is making all the moves. And he is screwing anybody he doesn’t like.

Ricky gets a complaint about you from City Hall and automatically substantiates it before even doing the 14. That Management style creates distrust and the very reason why everyone is shutdown. He has no idea how to lead and is an embarrassment to a very QRU police family. We need a Chief that has our backs. Not one that makes statements like, I can’t prove the allegation but I know you did it. WTF kind of Leader is that?
