Support Wayne go to RCC
Wayne is a nice guy and a REAL Leader. A lot of us hope he’s the next Chief Ricardo (apparently you are Hispanic now)
Transferring Will to RCC because he likes Wayne shouldn’t be a reason to transfer him. That’s a low blow and makes many question your capability to even be a Deputy Chief.

Ricky going to an FBI academy as a DC was a big flag that he is fearing the inevitable. What DC from here has ever gone? It’s always a mid management person. Not a guy on the DROP. Wayne should have been sent but Ricky 29’d him.

Talk about a slap in the face to this entire department. I’ve been here for many years and many red shirts and haven’t seen a Training Unit like this in quite some time. Training used to be the QRU gig or the you are on your way out gig or even the good ‘ol boys gig but it has since been anything but that. Why exactly is Will being kicked out? Is it because he’s too good? Too honest? Because he has tackled every subject this and every other administration had given him and he has done it and done it well? Every tough topic was his and his alone to teach. Everyone else looked at Training as a stepping stone or a hush gig to get promoted but Will has embraced it and made it a passion. He’s answered every question, made even the most mundane and uninteresting topics fun, made you think, got you interested, and even sold you on Oates and Clements crazy ideas because it is what was best for the Agency. So what happened Dan? What happened Ricardo? Let me guess, the other part of the 4th floor couldn’t handle Will in the spotlight either and had to make something up like he did for the other two souls that also ended up in Training. Can’t blame you all for everything. At least you got rid of the one part of the unit that should have left a long time ago, AA. Then again, it was the new comers that ended that not the 4th floor. Wonder what really happened? Will you are the best Brother! Hopefully things will fall into place and you’ll be back where you belong. This storm will be over soon. The backlash those two will get will be too much.

What happened is that apparently Ernesto felt threatened by Will and got the chief to believe that he is a leak. See a pattern?
Ernesto also got the Chief to believe that Wil bad mouthed him. Is this Middle School?
