    Unfortunately when the union makes the decision or agreed to allow to split the membership into a two tier system it divides the membership. No longer will it be a band of brothers but more of a land of misfit toys. One of the most retarded positions to take.

    Because I'm a few years the tier 2 group will out vote out tier 1 just based on human nature of the haves and have nots.... And everyone that hasn't dropped or retired will be out of 22/80. But allow the pba President (who is totally out of touch) to make your decisions...

    We are and have been divided since 2011. We have 2 tiers now. Those with a drop and those in the prb.
