FDLE Agent leaves out Key Information, misquotes, and presents things without Fact
FDLE Special Agent with no objectivity, leaving out information, misquoting, and presenting things without evidence. Good thing RR was too old to have social media, could you imagine what would have been put up there?

if you want to see much of the problem with FDLE in that case. Much was not addressed. Be sure and look at the affidavit by an Asst. State Attorney stating RR lied under oath..

As far as losing a child, yes suicide is a terrible thing but so is FALSELY accusing someone of murder..

Here is what State Attorney Bill Cervine said about Rusty, a glowing report
https://www.news4jax.com/news/local/...-investigation
In the report, Cervone wrote: "I would like to note that I do not condone or endorse the actions of Special Agent Rodgers. .... Rodgers has engaged in questionable investigative techniques, including misleading some witnesses in an attempt to gather evidence consistent with (what he) believes."
Cervone told News4Jax this is not the first time he's seen actions by an investigator that surprised him.
"To boil it down to the simplest terms, while (we) have great concerns about some of the ethics involved, I do not believe there is sufficient evidence to warrant a criminal prosecution," Cervone said. "Whether they are ethically appropriate or not it is for some other agency to deal with."
FDLE gave him "retraining" a long time LEO

So did the spineless FDLE PBA back RR on this? Curious to see since Swearingen has no respect for the PBA and PBA has been known to be a bunch of snitches and useless, weak weenies when "standing" for Agents. PBA has been known to just let Swearingen and clan (McInerney and Foy) roll over people and will cower when told not to get into something (right or wrong, doesn't matter). Or if the PBA Agent handling the case doesn't like the Agent they are going after, he just won't do his job from what I've seen (Zero Integrity). So there must be something they have for RR here?
