PBA grow a set
Dolphins Kneeling, PBA TAKE A STANCE!
Forget the fact we are broke with no contract, and we are at the highest ever in 25 years of officers ROD! Broward PBA put out immediately when Dolphin Players knelt in Pre-Season game & took stance.
We should all be united here, and agree that someone at Dade PBA should PUBLICLY take a stance on Social Media and with our Locka news, and say ENOUGH IS ENOUGH! WE ARE DONE WITH YOU DOLPHINS & THE ULTIMATE DISRESPECT & DISGRACE TOWARDS MILITARY & LAW-ENFORCEMENT. Couldn’t be any more on how we should ALL be united and agree on this one! 🇺🇸

Don’t forget we are about to get hosed by the City with our health insurance!! In the last contract we gave away our 185 pension money to a broke city, and that can’t end well for us!
If the FOP is a better choice then why don’t we start with our FOP leadership getting involved in the healthcare fight. Creative threads is right up the street. In the old days the PBA would order black T Shirts and the officers pack the Council meetings in a show of unity and silent protest.
If Morales will lead the fight, the FOP could buy the T Shirts and our members can pack city hall.
If no leaders emerge, then maybe it is not Steadman who is weak!
Maybe, just maybe, our weaknesses are within and we are being sold down the river by our own special interest. Who do you expect to fight the battles? The strength is in the membership; if the membership is weak and divided it doesn’t matter what union we choose!

The bigger question is what took the PBA so long to take a stance at all????? Over 2 years ago, the Broward Sheriff's Office Union (IUPA) took a stance for players kneeling on the ground. Not one PBA in south Florida took a stance for over TWO YEARS !!!! Most likely, the only reason why they are now is to get a better sky box from the stadium to keep quiet.

Are you worried about the NFL Players or your disappearing healthcare?
Are you worried about the NFL Players or your pension money thats now been taken by a corrupt and broke administration?
Are you worried about NFL Players or your future.
Don’t be fooled by the Ivory Tower Puppets. They need you to turn against your union. A vote for FOP is a vote for George Gretsas.

The PBA has become a joke in such a short time. Administration is heard saying the lion is gone. We have a puzzy cat.
Anyone who doesn’t defend the values of the nation can’t defend the values of our profession.
Anyone who doesn’t defend the values of our nations and profession can’t defend my personal values.
PBA has become a lazy scared group of non confrontational people but still collect
Our dues but the question is for what? With the FOP we can select legal assistance which is what we need the most and save money while doing so.
I want folks with teeth and not afraid to use those teeth on my behalf and PBA no longer has teeth. That’s not a slam on Steadman. I like him but I also recognize his abilities and equally as important, if not more so, his inabilities.
PBA has become a social group but not one to take on difficult fights or abusive chiefs or
Politicians.

FOP all the way. The PBA WILL NEVER STAND STRONG FOR WHAT WE WANT. Granted it is a weak front especially from uniform patrol. But I think that we need to stop taking the, "we dont have any money" excuse from the city shoot a big **** you to them and stand strong! And should I add HOLD THE DAMN calls for service. Stop forcing units to clear for calls and show then that personnel is a real problem!
