    FLPD vs Boca

    Can anyone with firsthand experience/knowledge speak to pros and cons of either agency. Out of state certified looking to make the move to SFL. If you can recommend other quality agencies too, that would be much appreciated. Thanks in advance.

    The obsession with moving to South FL blows my mind, why people want to move here is beyond me. If you want to do police work go to Lauderdale, if you want to be a glorified over payed security guard go to Boca. But think long and hard before you move to FL, I would leave the state if I could....
