This Diversity/Biased based policing training included the Chief, Mayor, City Manager and all of the City Council members.
The Chief spoke about examples of how he as a afro american has been racially profiled by white officers while off duty. Captain Rodrigues verbally admitted that he has racist cops working for him and he is working diligently to rid the agency of these problemed individuals.

I'm not a sworn cop but I overheard these comments while delivering food to the group.

Must be nice to get food at these seminars. The officers assigned to work the last minute mandatory Presidential detail that no admin attended had nothing provided by the department. Not even a bottle of water. Just ask them.
