    Fix it or lose cops

    So we pay over $600 plus a month for insurance for a family and it's going up 4%....what a joke

    No take home vehicles.
    Contribute 10% into pension
    No steps
    No cola.
    Payed less than local agencies.

    Sounds like a great deal to come work or stay at Clearwater.

    Remember it's the Beach first. Employees second.

    I hope under 5 yrs leave.
