Irony - Sheriff Knight stated Bybee was guilty for lawyering up

Was that a slip of the tongue?

Isn't it ironic one of the Sheriff's first moves was to appoint (I use the term very loosely) "lawyer" to the number 2 spot. Will number 2 be able to use client attorney privilege when something bad happens? Is that in the best interest of the SO to have a porn/gas stealing petty thief attorney in the #2 spot so as soon as someone gets indicted he will "lawyer-up" ?

Do you anticipate that Knight or Hoffman will lawyer-up about something in the near future? Why is this question coming up now? Pray tell?

Does this have anything to do with the FBI denying Knight a TS security clearance --- or is it even remotely related to that ---- or is it a completely separate issue?
