Sgt Polan, I just want you to know!
Hey Sgt Polan, I just want you to know, I had my vest on all day today, tourniquet strapped to my gun belt, and my Body cam on. I know this will make you proud, because there is nothing more important right now than these issues. You’re the best Sgt in the history of the agency who jumped 5 ranks in 5 minutes and became a fearless leader. Oh, I heard you didn’t get the job at the casino, sorry to hear that. I figured with all your friends there it would have been a slam dunk. Oh well.

Here are the facts:
Your opinions are irrelevant, no matter how often you wish to express them, they do not change anything.
Polan retired from FLPD as a captain.
Polan was hired by BSO as a captain, was promoted to major, LT colonel, and currently holds the position of colonel over the department of law enforcement at the Broward Sheriffs Office.
He will retire with two pensions.
Like it or not, he has had one hell of a career in LE.
and last but certainly not least- your continuous efforts to discredit and demote him only prove your incessant obsession with him and your mental instability.
Have a nice day

More facts
Polan is a scumbag.
Polan talks about himself in the third person.
His only qualification for promotion, was his ability to kiss arse.
Polan is not taken seriously and a "Colonel" from this shithole is not considered a Colonel in real world. Phuck you sgt Polan you POS!

The truth
Here’s the bottom line. Don’t think for one second Sgt Polan is celebrating his retirement with two pensions. The uniform and stars on his collar mean everything to him. He cannot comprehend losing that. Proof in point, he applied with the casino police for an assistant chiefs job. And if he’s so talented, why didn’t he reach the rank of assistant chief in Fort Lauderdale. I know one person who can answer that question. Chief Aderly, who thinks Aderly is a moron.

Political hack
what amazing career did this guy have - he was a low level employee and elevated through politics which has destroyed bso and it's credability... Stop with your nonsense as the law enforcement community nationwide knows the ridiculous bogus leaderhip of fools surrounding that boob of a sheriff

Clearly, every single person on the 5th floor has made it further in their careers than any of you have.
Say what you want about the Sheriff and his team but at the end of the day they are still the top brass of the agency and no amount of complaining or protesting is going to change it.
