Sgt Nodar, with less than two years on he was allowed to take the Sgt test , he claimed that he had a college degree and he knew that he didn't even had two years on and still took the test, the city was aware because we brought it to the city and they didn't do anything ,even with the degree he was short by a couple or months , so the city was guilty by allowing that and he was guilty by scamming the system knowing very well that he did not meet the requirements at the time the test came out. Then the city allowed him to get promoted to PST Sgt without even finished his probation and that's your Sgt sir.

What happens when an officer is sued? I mean Ortiz been sued a few times and he seems to still be living his life well without any worries.
