Ok we need to put a stop to this. There are no two year rookies who got promoted to Sgts. Maybe 5 and 6 years but not two years. Who's the two year officer that got promoted to Sgt??

Papo, there's also less than 2 year rookies promoted to Detective. No road experience. Back in the days it took years to make it to Detective.

Sgt Nodar, with less than two years on he was allowed to take the Sgt test , he claimed that he had a college degree and he knew that he didn't even had two years on and still took the test, the city was aware because we brought it to the city and they didn't do anything ,even with the degree he was short by a couple or months , so the city was guilty by allowing that and he was guilty by scamming the system knowing very well that he did not meet the requirements at the time the test came out. Then the city allowed him to get promoted to PST Sgt without even finished his probation and that's your Sgt sir.

Well blame Colina and Commander Siera! Hope they get named on the civil lawsuit.

What happens when an officer is sued? I mean Ortiz been sued a few times and he seems to still be living his life well without any worries.

Never will this happen. Cops don’t learn from other cops mistakes. Another PST officer getting in trouble. Nothing new here anymore.
