Look the deal to be promoted to captain cost $$$. Deals had to be made, people moved around. Where do you think or how all this came about YOUR $$$. The longer it's held back the more interest the city makes off your money. Appeals take time too. The city not done with that yet! If I'm not mistaken you all should of read the fine print on the last money your received, it may have been your payment.. Token yes, but it was given and you all accepted it. That's one of the way's the city going to argue and they have our support. Another, well you guessed it.. Is the old lay of threat again!! F&F are going to be safe if, this comes about. Another, those with at least 25 on, even if your wanted to stay to your 30. Your high salaries are too much and will be retired with again a token offer. If you don't accept, will your taking a real chance with your career and every little thing you do or didn't do what you should have. Well, let's just say, there are many civil service rules and departmental orders, you will be found to have violated. Sorry this news is hard to hear or even accept but that's life in Miami b!tches.. Another way to get you all on board, is off duties. So, many depend on these and will start pitting, you all against each other. To where opps, your broken some rule cause you ran your mouth or something.
