We're getting great applicants! We're the best and now with this new program we're finally getting people to come over from PDs and SOs. Black and tan reigns supreme in this state. Any other agency is just an agency wishing they were FHP!!

Once again there hasn't been any news about changing the pay yet the expect to recruit and retain applicants by paying them minimum wage.
