It wasn't a 31 vehicle at all and ut turned out to be a 56 that was having an episode. Stop Monday morning quarterbacking and get the facts first idiot. Public safety comes first.

Get your facts straight. It went out as a 37 casing the area. When she pulled up to the vehicle the driver refused commands and jumped into his vehicle and fled while the unit was attempting to check the subject out. She did an excellent job advising and the Sgt advised it was a possible 31 offender. Here comes my issue? How is the unit suppose to confirm a warrant when they are chasing, that's the main issue here. Let the unit begind the vehicle advise and do real police work!!!The supervisor was in the right to 07 and the units that were involved did exellent. We all know you can't police anymore without everything getting 07!
