"Craver provided breath samples at a Sheriff’s Office marine station showing his blood alcohol level at slightly less than 0.06 percent. Florida presumes a driver or boater is impaired at 0.08 percent. Craver was placed on unpaid administrative leave.

On July 17, the State Attorney’s Office filed a notice stating that it was dismissing the case after reviewing the arrest affidavit.

"He wasn’t impaired, legally," said Estella Gray, a spokeswoman for the State Attorney’s Office. "It was pretty cut and dry."

What mental midget moron would make an arrest in this situation? Craver deserves to get his job back and damages to his reputation, missed pay, etc.
Wow. I wonder if we are going to get a new "Video" from Chad stating that SO employees are held to a different standard than the rest of the folks in the County.

    Haaa craver call
Boswell s attorney and join the suit against the bogus IA cases going on in this office. Another couple deputies are already looking into it. Another blackeye for Chad. If Pruitt smart he ll bring this and many other bs investigations to light. This office is a mess run by incompetence.

He was arrested based only on ONE of TWO reasons / mentalities this agency, the brass, the fast trackers, and the Kool-Aid drinkers are capable of. Fear or recognition. Fear, CYA, what ifs, could haves, should haves, would haves, OR to get noticed by burning other deputies to show they are brass material. The above are politician, businessman, lawyer, accountant, and banker mentalities. This excludes down to earth real investigative professionals with actual life skills who come from a place of logic and reason. They arrested him to either show off or because they were scared that they were going to be accused of letting him go because he was a cop. With no balls to explain why they would have made the correct but not popular decision.
