Thrown out of court so fast heads were spinning
Yes this was such a good arrest that it was thrown out of court in less than two weeks. Call that warp speed, the arresting deputy rebuked. Very poor decision by the deputy, should have been handled differently.

This is typical HCSO operation. All these rookies going x15 all night on easy garbage or bs cases. Domestics, traffic, warrants, and shoplifts. They should compare our arrests to conviction ratios. What a joke. Our courts are a joke. Its all a show. The garbage people that have moved to this area and turned it into a trailer trash mess or ghetto mess come here and stay because of our week investigations and sorry court system. Our streets reflect this. 20 burglaries in one neighborhood over night tells us exactly what criminals think of us. Time for COPS to run this place. Not politicians, not business men, not lawyers, not accountants, and not plant city mafia pretty boys.

The real cops, the real people who keep the machine rolling, the real people on the team are getting sick and tired of the disloyal scum. Bottom feeders and losers. Your opinions mean nothing. Everyone on the team laughs about you whiners.

Yet the office will not give him his job back. Pathetic. Marine deputy n office should be held civilly liable. If i was that ex deputy id call dandar who is already going after the office. Pattern of abuse by the office.

Hahahaha! Yeah. Right. You have the typical robot “yes man” mentality that the brass just loves to exploit. You go put your life on the line for the rest of your career on a less than half staffed squad so you can feel like a hero and impress the brass. Do that while the fat staffed brass collect the big bucks in a safe enviroment. Keep up the hard work buddy, you’ll go far. Check back in about ten years. Lets see how you feel after you grow up. Do you think they thought of us when D5 was created? Removing all the 2nd shify deputies in order to fill D5? We are now slammed worse than ever with no releif all for a “we have more districts” move? Who benefitted? Detectives and up only. Unless you are on the fast track, there is no team here. I have not seen any real coos here in a decade. They have retired, quit, or been suppressed. Also, real cops dont come here to work anymore.

No real cops here anymore. However, we have really good report writers that will write a long detailed report about anything and provide secretarial work for anyone anytime at the drop of a hat right at your house for free! Because thats how you clean up the streets. By wasting time typing. Thats what happens when a police agency is run by pencil pushers.

"Craver provided breath samples at a Sheriff’s Office marine station showing his blood alcohol level at slightly less than 0.06 percent. Florida presumes a driver or boater is impaired at 0.08 percent. Craver was placed on unpaid administrative leave.
On July 17, the State Attorney’s Office filed a notice stating that it was dismissing the case after reviewing the arrest affidavit.
"He wasn’t impaired, legally," said Estella Gray, a spokeswoman for the State Attorney’s Office. "It was pretty cut and dry."
What mental midget moron would make an arrest in this situation? Craver deserves to get his job back and damages to his reputation, missed pay, etc.
