You do not have to be provided any info on scene. They are only required to provide you a case number on scene. They have 72 hours to complete their accident report which has to have all the information on it but no where does it state the officer must provide you with it when they are in scene. They have no access to complete an accident report on scene so a case number is sufficient until they get time to go to the office to compete it. As long as they have the info for the accident report and it’s in there when it complete there is no issue...besides it wasn’t how you want it when you want it...
