The man just wants to be heard. In his perception, the driver of the other vehicle was given preferential treatment. Instead of EMS transporting her, Spencer arrived and took her before her information was obtained by MPD. He filed a complaint with MPD and the results of the IA never indicated that Wilson or Aguiar were counseled previously by Tindell. Then he went to Bob Johnson, the man who said he would investigate all complaints. But his failure to investigate Spencer for allegedly using his rank and position says that Johnson is a liar, just like he let people such as Boo Weekley or TG get away with D.V. Jones went to the City of Milton. No, he did NOT look like a Jackass. He made the entire city council look stupid because they did not have any contingencies to police the police. FDLE even gave him a thumbs down. So it's not just about how Jones was treated the night of the crash, he's also disappointed in how he's been treated since and no one wants to take him seriously.

Fyi, he's a veteran of the United States Armed Services, and NOT a liberal Hillary Supporter. He loves his country and his community and works hard for his family. What harm is it to listen a little more?

When Tindell made the Statement that FDLE refused to investigate he lead you to believe it was because there was no merit in the accusations but ask Rep. Jayer Williamsons assistant who reached out to the liaison in Tallehassee and the response was although this is a serious concern it is not FDLE responsibility it falls on local government to handle.

And the local government did nothing. MPD should have reprimanded the officers for allowing the lady to leave without a providing her information, and for the foul treatment of the traffic crash victims. Period. Sure Tindell said he "counseled" them, but where is the documentation? Why was the actual infraction part of the original misconduct investigation but not sustained in the I.A.? It would have made sense to indicate "Sustained, no action taken due to the prior counseling on XX/XX/XXXX." So it does give the appearance that both officers got away with it.

Then, of course, Bob Johnson didn't conduct his own internal investigation to determine whether or not Jim Spencer used his position for preferential treatment of his friend.
