With body cameras they will have a reason at anytime to burn anyone of us whenever they want for petty things. Screw that. I also have nothing to hide, but just like with GPS, they will use it against us 95% of the time. See the answer to the business, housing, population, call volume, and crime growth here at the HCSO is not to increase staffing, but to come down on us harder like a bunch of bullies. Hence why they cant get applicants and so many have been jumping ship. Lets not make things worse here. This is not a business. We dont sell chicken fingers. We are the police. Lets run this place like a police agency and not a restaurant. They focus on the petty things because some of our leaders do not remember what its like out here. Heck, most of our leaders have never even been in our shoes during these times. We dont work for the media. We are not here to give them cute videos for their horse shiit stories. We are here to prevent anarchy. Lets get back to the basics HCSO and stop trying to be fancy.

Pick two and only two. That’s how it goes.

Force all three and we burn out, productivity suffers, and we quit or remain here hating the job.

    Real leaders would know this.

When you grow up or are not fast tracked, or learn to put yourself and family first, you will.

No, I understand how to work within the confines. It ain't rocket science! IF you ever grow up and stop whining, you may learn this, too. "Work smarter, hot harder".
