His whole premise for having me arrested and charged with a felony is garbage just like him. Playing the old you may beat the rap, but you won't beat the ride game? Regardless, slugs like him earn the hate for the entire profession, and sadly the good ones suffer for it.

Here is the complaint I filed against Monaco which HPD never did anything with, where I detailed every false statement made in affidavits, in deposition, and in court at least the obvious ones anyway. HPD didn't even tell me the investigation had closed, after DeJohn kept telling me to wait for months and he was handling it. Then he went douchey when I asked him about it at a meeting a couple of months ago. We got that recorded too, but below is the complaint I filed which HPD sat on.

I have to give Monaco credit though for having the balls to actually show up for a stalking injunction hearing (Murguido skipped three), however, he did require Mata holding his hand the entire time to and fro. What's great though is the judge trying to be nice but you can tell she is just like WTF dude are you and idiot. She shuts him down for freedom of speech.

When you read it notice how he claims he was most afraid/concerned about me recording. He can't give a straight answer and/or all his answers completely contradict the video evidence. Then he admits to Rolle, Gretsas, Porter, Kennedy, him, the city attorney and others all colluding unanimously to have me trespassed from city hall.

City for lying?) get testy with the SAO and tries to prevent having to provide the footage showing that he and/or his colleagues broke a bunch of laws, even after a lawful subpoena and court order which the ASA has to remind him of.
