The chief needs to approve a MOU & detach the few that still do police work to the county. That way the county can provide assistance here. This department can not control the violence on its own.

Campbell, both 23 years old, were sitting in traffic when someone opened fire into the car in the area of Northwest 167th Street and Northwest 27th Avenue." The Miami Herald reports. In Miami Gardens is dangerous to be a young black male.
