The chief needs to approve a MOU & detach the few that still do police work to the county. That way the county can provide assistance here. This department can not control the violence on its own.

"Police identify the two men murdered under the Palmetto Expressway Donald L. Armstrong III and Stephen L. Campbell, both 23 years old, were sitting in traffic when someone opened fire into the car in the area of Northwest 167th Street and Northwest 27th Avenue." The Miami Herald reports. In Miami Gardens is dangerous to be a young black male.

You are correct sir and it is all ancestral; going back to mother Africa and similar to the Tutsi mass slaughter by Rwanda's Hutu majority. Best course of action is to get out of the way and let nature take its course. Which is exactly what former president Bill Clinton did. "President Bill Clinton's administration knew Rwanda was being engulfed by genocide in April 1994 but buried the information to justify its inaction, according to classified documents made available for the first time."

    Outsider! You people are “Hilarious”.
Your Chief of Police and her black Community Policing staff are a joke. You people are always on the news reference some type of shooting or homicide.
Hey Chief First of all you shouldn’t be a Chief in the first place. Secondly get your f ucking black ass out there and start making some arrrst instead of your officer throwing bar b q and dancing in uniform.
