    Exclamation Final letter of Captain Crabs. I'm out of here!

    The agency is at an all-time low. Morale is non existent, there is no amazing leadership, we have a sheriff that continually embarrasses us in the media; we have a command and civilian staff consisting of friends and family. We have no future or light at the end of the tunnel with leaders whose only daily existence is trying to mitigate the bad press that they are getting.
    Our "Leaders" are to busy spinning all the screw ups that they themselves created, rather than being law enforcement professionals. There is no fairness in the agency related to promotions, and we have an Internal Affairs that is vicious with those not connected to the sheriff or the command staff.
