    You can forget about a raise anytime soon. If the sheriff stays in place the next two years will be chaos and probably not very safe. Start looking toward getting behind the next candidate if you so desire.

    Understand anything you do now is opening yourself up because they aren’t backing us anymore. And we aren’t backing them. It makes for a very dangerous mix. Be smart, keep your head down, and don’t worry about a raise. Worry about surviving.

    There is no next step, IUPA blew their wad. We aren't getting a raise anytime soon. Thanks alot Jeff you and Frank are morons. We need to start an independent Deputies union and get away from these scammers IUPA, PBA and FOP.
