So if there are 1300 in DLE, 2500 in DOD and 600 in fire that is a lot of back pay. Of shorted $50 a holiday for only 1000 people, that comes out to 50K per holiday and 550K per year times 11 years is over 6 million. Plus the other grievance for overtime plus FRS contributions on that money and it’s 8-10 million dollars. Guess the 1.5 % first responder pay offer to drop the grievance looks like a bargain at this point. BSO lost against IUPA once again lol
