Besides, G21 Gen4 grip without any inserts should be about the circumfence of the 9mm.... you’re welcome!
Hey dumbass, the Glock 19 is the perfect duty weapon. It holds 15 in the mag. It can take Glock 17 mags. It is easy to conceal and easy to control. Maybe you should hold one before you make dumbass comments like that. Apparently NYPD thinks they’re good for duty, since that’s what they issue. And Gen 4 G21 is not the same grip size as a G19. Again, try holding one first idiot.

    P.S. you’re a dumbass.

OMG. The Agency issued the Glock 21 to Patrol and DDC. JOB and detectives can get a Glock 30. But if you want to carry something different you can buy a .45 that is on the approved on duty carry list. That’s in General Orders under authorized firearms. Make sense???

They are supposed to form a perimeter so that the shooter doesn't escape when he runs out of ammo.

I guess NYPD is so good, they contacted Glock to have a special trigger made to avoid unintentional discharges.

Our agency should have done the same. We need the special trigger for safety.

If (when?) we do switch to the G19 the agency should issue the 32 round magazines for more firepower. You never know when you might run into a bad situation, active shooter for example, in which you will need the additional ammo to lay down suppressive fire until more help arrives.

Suppressive fire is never taught in the academy or in the use of force curriculum. You lay down suppressive fire and miss be advise you own it. In the military there are exceptional loses but not here. Do what you have to do to stay alive.

    Are the tiny females complaining?

SOCOM "officially" issues G19 but those dudes carry what they want.

NYPD is stuck on 9mm for political reasons. The libs don't want the cops to put big holes in their dirtbags. They also are allowed to carry a Sig and S&W
